AIRPORT PICKUP INFORMATION
We will always meet passengers inside the baggage claim area and the driver will be holding a sign with the passenger’s name. If there is any difficulty in locating the driver, please call 313-623-5512 for additional assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made prior to 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time is without any penalty. A cancellation made within 4 hours is subject to a full fare and gratuity charges. If any changes or cancellation is needed in a reservation with a pickup time between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, please call by 8:00 PM the night before to rescheduled pickup time to avoid any additional charges. Our staff is available by telephone 24/7/365 at 313-623-5512. We are available to provide ground transportation services 365 days per year at any time, day or night.

GRATUITY
20% driver gratuity will be automatically added to all payments

WAITING TIME
Waiting time is $1.00 per minute and billed in 15-minute increments.
